Mental Funk

Sometimes we get slowly "unfocused" away from positive towards negative due to stress & issues in our life which in turn causes a "mental funk". The best & easiest way out...is to SNAP out of it. How? 1.) Realize that focusing on negative is wasting YOUR precious time. Gets you no where! 2.) Stop feeling sorry for yourself! 3.) Face it. 4.) Plan a big, "strong", fearless, ACTION to help remedy it... & boost yourself
