que tipo de auto eres?

Hace algun tiempo, cuando aun jugaba futbol....(el siglo pasado), jajaja nos encontrabamos, los jugadores de mi equipo y yo escuchando a nuestro coach, nos mirabamos unos a otros como diciendonos en siliencio: -"no porfavor no otro sermon acerca de ser mejores, y que si perdiamos no era significativo, bla bla, bla bla"-.
Justo en ese preciso instante comenzo cun una pregunta:
-"Que tipo de auto es cada uno?"- 
al unisono todos respondimos:  hmmmm? , ovbiamente la pregunta habia logrado su proposito, despertar nuestro interes y curiosidad, asi que prosiguio:
-"si, si, piensen, mediten y decidan o identifiquen en su interior si fueran automovil, cual serian?. Y no se trata de ser el mas rapido, el mas lujoso, el mas equipado, el mas "cool", simplemente que auto son!!!!!!"-
Una vez que nos dejo unos minutos para recapacitar comenzo a preguntarnos uno por uno, pasientemente escucho cada respuesta, y al final prosiguio con el siguiente mensaje,
Inicio por dirigirese personalmente en voz alta diciendonos:
-" Si eres un Honda!! porque actuas como un Toyota?, si eres un Ford, que haces pretendiendo ser un Chevy?!!!. No importa que auto eres lo Vital es vivir tal como ese auto y estar orgulloso de serlo,
Y les garantizo que una vez que comiensen a vivir y actuar como el auto que fueron creados para ser
su vida se tornara en la de un verdadero triunfador"-


Cuanta razon tenia!!! si soy un Jeep debo estar orgulloso de ser un Jeep, o en fin el auto que sea
los limites nos los creamos mentalmente y eso detiene a diario nuestro crecimiento; asi que mi pregunta
y reto a todos es:
Aprende que auto eres, conocelo a fondo y sientete orgulloso de serlo!!!!!!

el camino

El canino hacia la realisacion de nuestros suenos y metas, incluye obstaculos pruebas y tambien peligros. Esto puede hacernos dudar o detener la marcha. Sin cometer locuras, es necesario ariesgarse. Si quedamos paralizados, nuestro crecimiento se detiene, nuestra busqueda se desdibuja y no alejamos de nuestros suenos....
la formula es simple; no importa que adversidades encontremos a lo largo del camino mantengamos fija nuestra mirada en el destino al que llegaremos y esto nos traera la perspectiva necesaria para continuar la marcha!!!!

Positive and Negative Thoughts

Your thoughts are both the words you hear in your head and the words your speak out loud. 
When you say to somebody,  "What a beautiful day", you had the thought first and then the words. Your thought also become actions.
When you get out of bed in the morning, you had the thought of getting out of bed before you took action.
In very simple terms You can't take any action without thinking the thought first.!!!!!!

Change

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily
...The secret of your success is found in your daily routine
1) make a commitment to grow daily
2)value the process more than the event
3) dont wait for "inspiration"
4)you most be willing to sacrifice pleasure for opportunity
5)dream big
6)plan priorities

How is your day going to start?!!

Every morning, there is a routine we all follow, I'm sure, regardless of the specifics, there is a routine, and within that is seeded the attitude with which our day will develop.
We know, because of this methodical and subconscious routine how each day will begin, yet what we do not know, nor should it be of  relevance to the way we feel or do things, how is it going to end
No one has any control over the way it will unfold, however what we do have control of, is the manner in which we will per-sieve, feel and deal with whatever we face that day each moment
We have the choice of ACTING rather than REACTING to every situation, we take every step with an intention, with a purpose, for a reason, external circumstances are only that "external circumstances".
So with that in mind I will share what is the attitude I choose to have every morning as I begin my
routine:
"Be who you are, do not apologize for it ever...say and do what you feel in your heart...
those who mind, don't matter, and those who matter won't mind"...

La Transformacion

Un hombre recibio cierta vez la visita de algunos amigos, que al verlo viejo y sabio le pidieron que les ensenaze cual era la manera de orar, y que debian pedirle a Dios. Sonriente respondio:
-Al principio, yo tenia el fervor de la juventud, que cree en lo imposible. Entonces, me arrodillaba ante Dios y le
le pedia que me diera fortaleza para cambiar a la humanidad. Al poco tiempo, vi que era una tarea que era diferente a la que Dios tenia seleccionado para mi, asi que le pedi que me diera la entereza para cambiar a aquello y aquellos que estaban a mi alcanze. Y ahora, en esta etapa de mi vida he aprendido que es mas importante pedirle la inteligencia para ser capaz de cambiarme a mi mismo

The Real Story

The real story is that you are an unlimited being
...the real story is that the world and the universe are unlimited                                                        ...there are worlds and possibilities that you cannot see, yet they exist.  You have to start telling a different story! You have to start telling the story of your amazing life, because whatever story you tell, good or bad, the law of attraction will make sure you receive it, and it will be the story of your life.!!!
With this I do not mean for you to lie or change the truth of your life; what I am suggesting though is the way you deliver it, in other words; how you choose to look at it and what you make of it
Imagine and feel whatever you want (so long as is just, righteous) and that will be the reality you receive back, plain and simple....
